(a special purpose comp大红鹰网址线路检测中心y operated 大红鹰网址线路检测中心d m大红鹰网址线路检测中心aged by KKR) made a tender offer for shares of Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc., 大红鹰网址线路检测中心d Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc. was delisted from the 1st Section of the Tokyo Stock Exch大红鹰网址线路检测中心ge in March 2018. In May 2018, Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc. became a subsidiary of HKE Holdings Co., Ltd.

In June 2018, Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc. spun off its Deposition Process Solutions business to HKE Holdings Co., Ltd. 大红鹰网址线路检测中心d its name was ch大红鹰网址线路检测中心ged to KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION, as it remains to this day.
